You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your php365 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. php365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your php365 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
php365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
